Heading to the start of the 2020 MEIJI YASUDA J.LEAGUE, J.LEAGUE will take every possible measures and would like to request the cooperation of everyone to prevent contagion by and spread of the new coronavirus.
J.LEAGUE will take the following measures:
1. All J.Clubs will have a staff in charge to liaise with the J.LEAGUE to promptly discuss and take necessary actions
2. Consider rescheduling fixtures if further spread is confirmed
3. Have staffs at the stadiums wear masks
4. Share the measures taken at the FUJI XEROX SUPER CUP to J.Clubs as an example and take measures based on each clubs’ circumstances

Supply alcohol disinfectant sprays at the gates and restrooms
Periodically announce through the giant screens, etc to use a mask, tissues, handkerchiefs, shirt sleeves to cover your mouth when coughing/sneezing
Increase number of doctors and nurses
J.LEAGUE has the social responsibility to provide a secured stadium environment and develop a culture to enjoy sports in Japan by holding the J.LEAGUE matches. We strongly believe we can serve the role by taking all the measures we can to prevent contagion and spread of the new coronavirus. We will continue to take prompt actions following the announcements from the government.
