The final of the 2015 Prince Takamado Trophy Under-18 Championship took place at Saitama Stadium on Sunday, with Kashima Antlers claiming their first-ever tournament title.
The Premier League East winners defeated Premier League West champions Gamba Osaka by a 1-0 result.
The winning goal was scored by 18-year-old midfielder Toshiya Tanaka, who is to be promoted to Antlers’ senior team in 2016.
