J.League has published the English edition of “J.LEAGUE CLUB MANAGEMENT GUIDE 2025” on the official website (corporate site in English) today.
The guide aims to support the strengthening of management at each J.League club by sharing basic knowledge and principles related to club management, guidelines for each management area that have been comprehensively systematised, and good practice examples of initiatives at each club.
The 2025 edition, in cooperation with the Sports Human Capital (SHC), incorporates the latest club management information and club case studies based on the J.League's growth strategy, and enhances comparative analysis data with overseas leagues and clubs.
J.League has pleased to make this English edition of guide public to gain more understanding of club management not only for people who involved with J.League clubs, but also people who support the J.League's mission and wish to enrich sports culture.
