Midfielder Naoki Yamada will remain at Shonan Bellmare for another season on loan from Urawa Reds, the club announced on Monday.
The 25-year-old scored one goal in 17 appearances in his first season at BMW Stadium.
“I’m disappointed that I couldn’t contribute to the team’s results more this season, so I look forward to running more and being involved in more goals in 2016,” he said.
Yamada could feature more in Cho Kwi-jea’s plans next term, given midfield stalwart Ryota Nagaki has sealed a move to Kashima Antlers next season.
