Tokushima Fortis on Tuesday announced the signing of midfielder Kim Jong-pil on a full transfer from Shonan Bellmare.
The 24-year-old, who made his pro debut in 2011 with Giravanz Kitakyushu, spent the 2016 season on loan at Thailand’s Chonburi.
“I want to demonstrate my abilities and contribute my strength to the team,” Kim said.
“I want to work hard alongside our supporters to earn promotion to the J1 and hope you will support me.”
