Vissel Kobe’s lead atop the Meiji Yasuda J1 League table is gone. They are now level on points with Yokohama F·Marinos with 12 matches to go in the season, setting the stage for a phenomenal title race.
Their next game in their push for the crown takes them to Kawasaki Frontale side on Saturday at 7 pm JST in a match that will be streamed live on the J.League International YouTube channel.
Frontale will provide Vissel with a stern test, having played in massive matches and won trophies with regularity for years. They have the experience to handle this contest and will give the Ushi their very best.
Vissel will once again lean on their potent attack, spearheaded by Yuya Osako and Yoshinori Muto. The duo has led them into this title race and the Ushi will be counting on them to beat Frontale and finish the job as they chase the J.League’s ultimate piece of silverware.
The J.League announced that up to four matches will be streamed live each week for the 2023 season, bringing one of Asia’s top league’s to fans around the world. The streams will be free to view on the J.League International YouTube channel in any country that does not have an existing rights agreement.
