Vissel Kobe on Monday confirmed General Manager Yuta Takahashi had resigned from his post last Saturday.
He will be replaced by Academy Operations Director Susumu Murano for the remainder of the 2015 season.
Vissel have endured a torrid month after losing their last six games in all competitions, with their misery compounded by their Yamazaki Nabisco Cup semi-final exit to Kashima Antlers on Sunday.
Their recent record has seen them slip down to 12th in the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League second stage standings.
