Another month is here and so is a new slate of global broadcasts airing on the official J.League International YouTube channel.
In addition to a featured match from the 2022 J.League YBC Levain Cup, the arrival of May brings six localized broadcasts for Tokyo Verdy fans in Indonesia to enjoy — the first of which was seen earlier this week as superstar Pratama Arhan's new club defeated Vegalta Sendai, 3-1.
Arhan has yet to debut in the Meiji Yasuda J2 League but the J.League's fastest-growing overseas fanbase will have the opportunity to potentially catch that moment for free on YouTube, transmitted live in Bahasa Indonesia.
A special giveaway will take place this weekend when Albirex Niigata host Verdy, with one lucky subscriber able to win an Arhan jersey by correctly answering a YouTube community post, subscribing to the channel, and following the J.League International Facebook page. Full details of the contest are here.
A new match will be announced for May 14th after the postponement of Iwate Grulla Morioka versus Montedio Yamagata.
