FC Tokyo on Tuesday announced that goalkeeper Tatsuya Enomoto and Yuichi Komano will not be re-signed for the 2017 season.

Enomoto, who arrived from Tochigi SC in 2015, made four starts in 2015 and did not feature for the Ajinomoto Stadium residents this season.

Komano, who arrived this winter, is currently on loan to fellow J1 League side Avispa Fukuoka.

“If I have one regret it’s that we weren’t able to win the league,” Enomoto said. “I’ll continue to support FC Tokyo and I hope I will be able to use my experiences at the club in the future.”

“I regret that I troubled the team with my injury issues,” Komano added. “But I hope to learn from this experience and work hard in the future.”
