Sanfrecce Hiroshima have announced the signing of Thai striker Teerasil Dangda on a one-year loan from Muangthong United.
The 29-year-old boasts over 100 goals in over appearances for the Thai League 1 side, as well as 42 goals in 91 appearances for Thailand’s national team.
Teerasil won the SEA Games as well as ASEAN Football Championship with the War Elephants, and seeks to inject a winning mentality into Sanfrecce.
“I’m incredibly happy to join Sanfrecce Hiroshima and excited for my first J.League challenge,” the former Manchester City player said.
“The league has a lot of technically-gifted players and I want to raise my play to that level and help Thai football improve.”
