Nagoya Grampus on Thursday announced the return of veteran striker Keiji Tamada on a full transfer from Cerezo Osaka.
The 36-year-old former Japan international spent nine years at Grampus before joining Cerezo, where he has played for the last two seasons.
“I’m excited to return to Nagoya Grampus and play in front of our fans and supporters,” Tamada said.
“Our goal is to return to the J1 and I want to give 200 percent on and off the pitch in order to accomplish that.”
