Yokohama F. Marinos on Tuesday announced that goalkeeper Junto Taguchi and midfielder Kosuke Nakamachi will both be sidelined for the next six weeks.
Nakamachi tore his right adductor muscle in F.Marinos’ recent Emperor’s Cup match against MIO Biwako Shiga.
Backup custodian Taguchi, meanwhile, injured his right medial cruciate ligament in training on September 4.
Both have been ruled out for lengthy periods, and will definitely miss their side’s upcoming fixture at Albirex Niigata on matchday 10 of the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League second stage.
