Shonan Bellmare on Wednesday announced that they will begin selling QR code tickets via the J.League’s online ticketing service.

Instead of relying on tickets traditionally being issued at convenience stores, fans will be able to download their ticket directly to their cellphone or PC.

These individually generated QR codes can then be scanned for access to BMW Stadium.

Bellmare supporters who purchase QR code tickets to their game against Matsumoto Yamaga on September 12, or for the September 26 match against Yokohama F. Marinos, will enjoy the incentive of winning an official match ball.

The promoted outfit have enjoyed a strong start to the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League second stage, and currently sit fourth in the standings.
