The J.League on Friday announced that J.League Female Manager Miki Sato will reprise her role in 2016.
The 22-year-old, who assumed the role in 2015, has helped to promote the J.League’s stadium experience through a variety of media appearances and participation in local and matchday events.
“In 2015 I was able to visit all 40 J1 and J2 clubs and meet many fans and supporters,” Sato commented. “The warmth and kindness I met at each and every stadium were wonderful.
“This season, I hope to share my experiences of last year with those who aren’t familiar with football or the J.League and introduce the appeal of the J.League to many people, whether at the stadium or on TV. Let’s make the J.League even more exciting!”
