Sanfrecce Hiroshima ran out easy victors in their friendly test versus FC Imabari, winning 5-1 on Monday.

The Shikoku regional league side were trashed at Sanfrecce’s training ground in Yoshida, with defender Sho Sasaki gearing up for his upcoming club debut with a brace.

Brazilian striker Douglas, Soya Takahashi and Takuya Marutani got the other goals in a landslide victory that saw Hajime Moriyasu’s men leading 3-0 by half time.

2013 champions Sanfrecce are joint top of the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League after their seven-point haul from the first three matches.
