Sanfrecce Hiroshima have announced fans stand to win a slew of prizes to commemorate the club’s 1000th J1 League goal, which could come as soon as Saturday against Shimizu S-Pulse.
One grand prize winner will receive a custom Sanfrecce kit, memorial photo and autograph from the milestone goal-scorer.
Should the club’s 1000th top-flight goal be scored as a result of an own goal, the autograph will come from striker Takuma Asano.
The striker scored Sanfrecce’s 999th goal in their matchday 6 win at FC Tokyo, and is considered one of the club’s rising stars.
