Sagan Tosu this weekend announced the signing of midfielder Ahn Yong-Woo on a full transfer from K-League side Jeonnam Dragons.
The 25-year-old made his professional debut in 2014, representing South Korea at the U-23 level in that year’s Asian Games. His tally in the K-League Classic totaled 13 goals from 91 appearances.
“It’s an honour to join such a fantastic club, and I want to adjust quickly and contribute what I can to help the team accomplish its goals,” said Ahn, who will wear the No.25 shirt.
Sagan, who currently sit at 11th place in the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League, will resume their campaign on Sunday when they travel to Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
