Sagan Tosu have renewed manager Massimo Ficcadenti’s contract for the 2017 season, the club announced on Wednesday.
The Italian led the team to a record of 12 wins and 10 draws out of 34 matches in his first year at the club following two seasons at FC Tokyo.
“The club has a shared vision for the team and I am truly grateful that they have given me a chance to continue my career in this fantastic footballing environment,” Ficcadenti said.
“Backed by our fantastic sponsors, supporters, and fans, we want to focus on results and bring victory to Sagan Tosu.”
