Kashiwa Reysol on Tuesday announced the results of charity efforts which took place during the club’s Fan Appreciation Day event last Saturday.
Over 600,000 yen raised through the sale of charity tee-shirts and donations will be donated to flood recovery efforts in eastern and northern Japan following the event of September.
Meanwhile, over 430,000 yen raised through the charity market and charity auction has been assigned as capital funding for the team’s social contribution activities.
The AFC Champions League quarter-finalists currently sit sixth in the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League standings, two points ahead of the visit of their next opponents, FC Tokyo, this weekend.
