Just over 50,000 fans in attendance saw Karim Benzema score the opener off of Toni Kroos’ superb through pass on the verge of half-time.

Cristiano Ronaldo made it 2-0 moments before the end of the match with his own effort.

Real, who won the tournament in 2014, will meet J.League representatives Kashima Antlers in the tournament final on Sunday at 19:30 JST.
