Morimoto proud to represent Frontale

Takayuki Morimoto is thrilled to be able to represent his local team Kawasaki Frontale, following his transfer from JEF United Chiba.

The former Catania, Novara and Al-Nasr forward will join to bolster the club’s hopes of securing AFC Champions League qualification next term.

“Frontale are my local team, and I am very happy pleased to become a player there,” the 27-year-old said.

“Thank you for your support since joining. I will give my all for this club.”

The Kanagawa native will offer competition to three-straight MEIJI YASUDA J1 League Yoshito Okubo, as Yahiro Kazama’s men attempt to better this term’s overall sixth-place finish.
