The Japan Football Association on Tuesday announced their list of 24 players who will travel to Germany later this month for a Japan Under-20 national team camp.

Included in the squad are Gamba Osaka midfielder Ritsu Doan and 15-year-old FC Tokyo striker Takefusa Kubo, who will join 19 other J.League players, two university players, and FC Lorient goalkeeper Louis Yamaguchi.

They will face Germany’s U-20 national team as well as several local clubs during the camp, which will take place between March 19 and 29.

This trip will be the final chance for head coach Atsushi Uchiyama to evaluate his potential squad ahead of the upcoming FIFA U-20 World Cup Korea Republic.
