Yokohama FC on Thursday announced the renewal of striker Kazuyoshi Miura’s contract for the 2018 MEIJI YASUDA J2 League season.
Miura, who will turn 51 this year, has played for the club since 2005. Last season, he recorded one goal in 12 J2 appearances.
“We were successfully able to renew my contract without issue,” Miura commented.
“I hope to give my best to the game at all times and continue to improve as a player.”
