Vegalta Sendai announced that they extended the contract of Hidetaka Kanazono for the 2016 season on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old scored a total of seven goals in 29 MEIJI YASUDA J1 League appearances this term, helping his team secure survival.
Kanazono signed from Jubilo Iwata in January 2015, going on to nail down a first-team spot in Susumu Watanabe’s plans.
