Indonesian star Arhan set for another season in J.League at Tokyo Verdy

Pratama Arhan will return to Tokyo Verdy for the 2023 J.League season. The Indonesia star joined the Meiji Yasuda J2 League club last year to much fanfare and will be back for the upcoming campaign.

Arhan was a star at PSIS Semarang in the top flight of Indonesia football and broke through as one of the national team’s best players, drawing interest from abroad. Verdy leapt, bringing the left back to Ajinomoto Stadium in the summer of 2022.

Going forward, Verdy will be hoping to see Arhan take further steps forward and break through as a regular in the team. The 21-year-old is full of talent and could be an impact player in the J.League as part of this new wave of ASEAN players in Japan.
