Nagoya Grampus on Tuesday announced an injury to midfielder Taishi Taguchi.
The 25-year-old suffered a bone bruise in his left knee earlier this month when facing Kashiwa Reysol in the 2016 MEIJI YASUDA J1 League.
He will now require three to four weeks of recovery.
Taguchi had one goal in 16 appearances for Grampus, who finished the first stage in 14th place.
