Foreign signings Novakovic, Leandro Domingues leave Grampus

Nagoya Grampus on Wednesday officially announced the departures of striker Milivoje Novakovic and midfielder Leandro Domingues.

Novakovic, who spent a combined four J.League seasons with Omiya Ardija, Shimizu S-Pulse and Grampus, will join Maribor in his native Slovenia.

Leandro Domingues, who missed most of his two seasons at Grampus due to injuries, will also return home to Brazil’s Vitoria, whom he last played for in 2009. 

The 32-year-old is most well-known for his four seasons at Kashiwa Reysol, including their 2011 J1 League championship season in which he was named the J.League MVP.
