Albirex Niigata this week announced that defender Naoki Kawaguchi will return to the club in 2017 following his season-long loan at Shimizu S-Pulse.
The 22-year-old right back made 19 appearances in this year’s MEIJI YASUDA J2 League, scoring one goal.
“I want to work hard in order to use my experiences (during my loan) to benefit my club,” Kawaguchi commented.
