J.LEAGUE has announced that the 2020 MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE match between Shonan Bellmare and Sagan Tosu, scheduled for Saturday 29 August 2020 at 19:00 JST, has been postponed.

Tosu has suspended their activities until Tuesday 25 August under guidance of the public health center in response to the COVID-19 cases confirmed within the club, and it was decided that there is not enough time to adequately prepare to play against Shonan. The latest PCR tests were done on Monday 17 August for 123 people associated with Tosu, including players, staff and family members, and all have come back negative the next day.
