1. General Meeting

The regular general meeting of the Company is composed of all employees and is held twice a year. The resolutions of the general meeting are as follows.

Criteria for admission and the amount of admission fee and membership fee
Expulsion of a member
Election of honorary members
Election or dismissal of directors and auditors
Amount of remuneration, etc. for directors and auditors
Approval of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement (statement of change in net assets)
Approval of the business plan and budget
Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
Establishment, revision and abolition of the J.LEAGUE club license issuance rules
Dissolution, and disposal of residual assets
Other important matters related to the business of the corporation, such as those stipulated by laws and regulations or the articles of incorporation as resolutions to be passed by the general assembly

2. Board of Directors

The Board of Directors exercises the following powers in relation to the management of the J.LEAGUE. (In principle, it is held monthly.)

Decisions on the execution of the corporation's business
Supervision of the execution of the director's duties
Selection and dismissal of the directors (chairman) and executive board members
Other matters stipulated in the Articles of Incorporation, these Rules and Regulations and other related regulations

3. Chairman

The Chairman represents the J.League and is responsible for overseeing and managing the league’s business operations.

Ensures the interests of the J.League by providing leadership to member clubs as well as individuals
Is the final arbiter of decisions regarding conflict resolution between member organizations or individuals as well as sanctions
Convenes and oversees the Executive Committee
Other responsibilities outlined in the J.League's articles of incorporation

4. Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is comprised of The Chairman of the J.League, board member(s) in charge and representative directors from J1, J2, and J3 clubs. The Executive Committee decides on matters entrusted to it by the Board of Directors.
